BELGUARDesign New look!

Wew, I decided to redesign some graphics in Belguardesign main site, because I also move my Website, so I need to changed the first banned in Belguardesign, from "Version 1.2, PHP Mode" into "Version 1.2, HTML Mode", I'm still not going to changed the website version, because I still learn how to created good Website templates.
